Bill Gates - population reduction via new vaccines - CO2

New vaccines, health care and reproductive health services, aren't they supposed to KEEP MORE PEOPLE ALIVE, which means more CO2 breathed out? Wouldn't more famines, natural disasters and wars more directly help the 'CO2 breather' problem?

You gotta wonder if he actually meant, "By using vaccines to kill about one billion people, we can lower our CO2 contribution," cos that's proper horrorshow, right?
